Occupy Wall Street (OWS) was a protest movement that began on September 17, 2011, in Zuccotti Park, located in New York City's Wall Street financial district, receiving global attention and spawning a surge in the movement against economic inequality worldwide.

Anti Semitic views were considered by the public to be used in a Adbusters article published although the producer Kalle Lasn said he doesn't have an anti semitic bone in his body and that if he could go back he would publish it differently.

The majority of the website keeps a clear and consistent house style with bold text and similar colours. however the magazine differs intensely.

They request article ideas and designs consistently and you can also subscribe using your email for updates. They also have various social media such as Instagram and Twitter.

Woman and Adbusters

The representation of black people in each magazine. Woman magazine's ideology is that there are no black people with wealth or luxury but not featuring any black female models. Adbusters uses black people in order to express the countries of poverty where the population is predominately black. Binary opposition between the representation of black people and white people is shown in multiple articles of Adbusters and Woman. Adbusters Bottle flip flops are symbolic codes of poverty. Louboutin commodity fetishism is a binary opposition with the mise-en-scene of poverty.
